Convenient Location 📍
We stayed in a double room that had a safety box and a hair dryer. the best part was that the jetty was just a stone's throw away from here.

the place was clean, cozy, and the staff were incredibly helpful. it totally exceeded my last experience in kuah, plus the amenities like the coway water machine were a pleasant surprise!

The hotel was in a key location that allowed us to easily access all of the local attractions and gourmet we planned for our city trip. the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive to our needs, even accommodating our requests with a smile. the rooms and beds were clean, cozy, and offered strong and reliable Wi-Fi signal. We also enjoyed the convenience of being a short walk from the seafood restaurants and a nearby convenience store.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and loved the fact that they provided shampoo and towels. , the location was convenient as there were nearby restaurants and stores. The best part was being able to jump into the pool right outside the room, which I haven't seen anywhere else before!
The staff seemed unprepared and unorganized. Room service was delayed and some areas of the hotel looked incomplete.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel, as we were able to walk to many local restaurants in the center of town. the cleanliness of the hotel facilities was really good. The staff was also very attentive.

The hotel is strategically located near a wide variety of local restaurants, which makes it easy to try out different cuisines. the room is clean, cozy, and offers ample amenities such as shampoo, shower gel, and toothbrush. the staff is friendly and welcoming, and the lobby looks aesthetically pleasing with great spots for Instagram pictures. the bed is comfortable, and the water pressure is strong enough to have a refreshing shower.
The pool seems to require better maintenance as one reviewer noticed murky water, which may deter some guests from swimming.

The location of Concept Hotel Langkawi was perfect for us as it was within walking distance to seafood restaurants and a convenience store. The staff, especially Ika, were friendly and accommodating to our requests. We also enjoyed the spacious room and comfortable beds. The pool being just a few steps away from our room was a bonus, especially for the kids. I would highly recommend this hotel for its great location and excellent service.
